Conservation at Xudumela
Established in 2022, Xudumela is a privately managed 3,000-hectare conservancy dedicated to habitat restoration, wildlife protection, and responsible, low-impact tourism. Once heavily impacted by overgrazing and poaching, the land is being given the opportunity to recover, allowing natural ecosystems and wildlife populations to flourish once again.
Our conservation work focuses on protecting biodiversity, restoring natural habitats, supporting anti-poaching efforts, and creating a safe refuge where wildlife can move freely. We work closely with neighbouring landowners, conservation partners, and local communities to promote long-term environmental stewardship and sustainable land management.
